Useful information regarding SBrT 2024
- In the EDAS system, it is now possible to consult the session in which
the article will be presented. Just click on the article page and check the
"Presented" field.
- In oral sessions, each work will have a 20-minute slot, with 15
minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
- We ask authors of oral sessions to arrive at least 10 minutes before
the start of their session to transfer the presentation file to the computer in
the room.
- Presentations of IC work will be made in poster sessions. There will
be a 2.2m x 1m structure that will be used to hang the poster. The format of
the poster is free, but we recommend that the poster does not exceed a size of
0.80 m wide by 1.2 m long.
- We ask that authors of poster sessions arrive 15 minutes early and
stay for another 15 minutes after the end of the coffee break.
- We ask that poster session authors post their posters before the first
morning coffee break on the day of their presentation.
