Financial Aid to Students

The aid is intended for students who do not have sufficient funding to participate in SBrT 2024.

• Proof of registration;
• Proof of payment of the registration fee associated with the work in question;
• Declaration from the student's advisor expressing agreement with the request.

The technical coordination of the event will classify requests according to the analysis of the documentation sent and the technical merit of the work (based on the reviews deposited in the system EDAS).

Interested parties should send an email, with attached documents, to sbrt2024-reg@sbrt.org.br requesting assistance. The message must necessarily mention the work that will be presented and have the title "Request for Aid for Students SBrT 2024."

The request must be sent, without delay, by 09/06/2024. The result will be announced by 09/20/2024. The aid received cannot be transferred to another person. In case of withdrawal, the aid will be passed on to the applicant classified in the sequence of the selected list and who was not included in a previous call.

The aid will be granted during SBrT 2024 as a partial reimbursement of registration and/or travel expenses.

Up to 10 grants worth R$ 900.00 (nine hundred reais) each will be granted to undergraduate students and up to 5 grants worth R$ 1,200.00 (one thousand and two hundred reais) each to undergraduate students. postgraduate studies.
