Important! In modalities with affiliation to SBrT, it will be necessary to pay the 2024 annual fee with the Society.
Therefore, even if registration is paid, it will be carried out as long as the participant is in compliance with the Brazilian Telecommunications Society.
To guarantee the publication of the article in the annals of SBrT 2024, with its respective DOI, it is necessary to present the article in person in its respective session.
Undergraduate student associated with SBrT: 2 (two) short courses; coffee breaks; opening cocktail; all technical and plenary sessions of the event.

For publishing articles complete, it will be necessary that at least one of the authors be registered in one of the Professional modalities. In modalities with affiliation to SBrT, it will be necessary to pay the 2024 annual fee to the Society.

Professional not associated with SBrT: publication of up to 2 (two) articles; two (two) short courses; coffee breaks; opening cocktail; 2 (two) lunches in 10/02 and 03/2024; fellowship dinner**; all technical sessions and plenary sessions.
**The fellowship dinner will be held on 10/03/2024 and is included in the Professional and Postgraduate Student categories. Participation in the dinner will be limited to the first 250 participants registered for these modalities. For all modalities, it will be possible to purchase tickets (extras) through registration extras.
Important! We have a total of 40 double rooms reserved in advance for the event. Each additional accommodation registration will guarantee only one place in double apartment. After vacancies close, it will no longer be Additional accommodation is available upon registration. It must be observed the hotel accommodation policies published at https://hotelprincesalouca.com.br, including check-in and check-out times. The event organization will just the distribution of rooms and will pass it on to the hotel. Any request must be dealt with by the hotel itself.
*Pre-booked rooms for the event are sold out. From now on, reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
Registrations with payment via Empenho can only be made by public institutions.
It is necessary to fill out the individual registration form in the system, selecting the payment via commitment option.
A copy of the commitment note must be sent through our registration system. Registration will only be effective after sending this document.
Commitment Data:
Until 08/30/2024 – refund of 50% of the registration fee paid.
After this date, there will be NO refunds. Refund requests must be made exclusively by email to sbrt2024-reg@sbrt.org.br, containing the appropriate banking information.
Refunds will only be made after the event has taken place.
